Refund policy
At manimo®, we are committed to providing you with quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here are our return and exchange conditions.
If your product was purchased from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer.
Return Period
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Products from the manimo® brand come with a 1-year warranty. No in-person return is allowed.
Product Condition
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt is required for the return request.

Return Request
- Contact our customer service at service@fdmt.ca or at 450-321-5500 option 2 or fill out the form below to initiate a return.
- We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your product (including the receipt and photos of the product).
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or fdmt is responsible for the error in the order.
Refund
Once the item is returned and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days.
The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, follow the return process above. Once we have received and inspected your return, you may place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 5 business days of receiving it. We will send you a replacement product or a refund.
Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please note that shipping fees will still apply.
manimo reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.
