Shipping policy
manimo will make its best commercial efforts to deliver the ordered products as quickly as possible and within the indicated timeframes, but these deadlines are provided as approximate only. All products are delivered by a third party, and delivery is governed by their shipping agreements and is beyond our control. manimo is not responsible for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses resulting from a delay in delivery.
Shipping Method
All orders placed through the Site will be shipped by our delivery partners from our distribution center located in the Longueuil area, province of Quebec, Canada.
Delivery Locations
Items offered on our Site can only be shipped to addresses located in Canada. Please also note that we are able to deliver to P.O. boxes.
Please ensure that the recipient's address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered or that are not received due to the recipient's address you provided being inaccurate.
Delivery Timeframe
Due to security measures in the warehouse, your order will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days following the date of your order. Orders are processed and shipped only on business days, which are Monday to Friday, excluding all Canadian holidays.
Once the order is prepared and shipped, the usual estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days.
Our shipping partners may experience delivery delays beyond our control. Please allow for longer shipping times in some cases. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be determined at the time of your order based on your region (according to your postal code) and the weight and destination of the package. Additional fees apply for remote areas for standard shipping service. You can also choose an Express service for an additional fee. Shipping is free for any order of $75 or more. The shipping discount will be applied at checkout.

Special Conditions
Special Order Item - The delivery timeframe for this item may range from 8 to 12 weeks. Any cancellation or return will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Dropship Item - The delivery timeframe for this item may range from 4 to 8 weeks.
Packaging
The box containing your products is made from recycled and recyclable materials. Our eco-friendly packaging is designed for your well-being and that of the planet!
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and remedy it. Receipt of a damaged or incomplete order must be reported to our customer service within 5 days at service@fdmt.ca, and we will be happy to assist you.
Photos of the damaged box, shipping slip, and damaged products are required to process your request. A claim will be filed with our delivery partners by one of our customer service representatives.
Once our team and the carrier have received all the required information (photos, details, etc.), we will be able to assess the situation and offer compensation for any item that is indeed damaged.
