  • Recommended use from 3 years old. 
  • manimo can be placed on the most receptive parts of the body, i.e., on the shoulders, torso and thighs. 
  • 15 to 20 min of use for more than 60 min of benefits. 
  • We recommend choosing a manimo that is approximately 10 to 12% of the user’s weight. Of course, the comfort and needs of the child are always a priority and the use of the animal should be done under the supervision of an adult.

Although the therapeutic benefits have been demonstrated many times in the medical literature, manimo is the only weighted plush that has been studied to prove its benefits scientifically.

In September 2020, manimo commissioned a specialized firm to carry out a biometric and behavioural study. This study made it possible to measure the emotional and cognitive effects of manimo on users subjected to different scenarios.

Excellent

A friend had the dog and I could see the comfort it was bringing them. I purchased one for a young woman who had had to put her dogs down and she found comfort in carrying this weighted dog around and especially during the night. Very well made, nice materails and good balance of weighted parts. I will be purchasing another one for using at work as a grounding tool for my clients.
